I also can not see what you're seeing because I don't have access to the NS employee site. (I don't work for NS?) My guess is that your Java installation is out of date and Google Chrome has disabled it until you manually update Java. You can see if it's disabled by going to your Chrome address bar and type "about:plugins" ...without the quotations. You can also enable it by going to the about:plugins page, but I recommend you just update Java manually. I’m not sure what’s going on with your Chrome install.
